Designed to guide first time home buyers through the complex process of purchasing a home. My client wanted a high impact branded item with real value to leave with potential buyers. Bright playful graphics keep a serious subject lighthearted and fun. Branding intermingles with helpful info-graphs, checklists and definitions to keep the booklet valuable to the consumer while still being a marketing piece. It was both printed and turned into an interactive flip book to be shared online.
